Sexy Arms at Yakson House

Hello, how are you doing today? Finally I will be able to give you my final review of Yakson House’s Arm Care program. But before anything else, let us have a recap of what happened in my previous post:

Here are the continuations of my 10 arm care sessions:

8th session

Like on my 6^th and 7^th sessions, they gave Rib and Stomach Care. Nothing unusual happen. However, I can definitely say that my body already adjusted to the pain. I feel more comfortable now. They also use “Kalsa” again but this time it did not leave me any sign of bruise. For this session they gave me Gypsum (Arm Mask). And for those who are curious what “kalsa looks like please refer to the picture below.

9th session

I still have Rib and Stomach Care, arm massage with Kalsa ( again, no signs of bruises) and this time, slimming machine massage again.

10th session

It was almost identical with my 8^th session but this time they gave me addition leg stretching. J

And finally, I know you have waited so long for this. The results are:

I've been telling you that every session makes my arms feel lighter and it really is. Maybe because proper massaging technique can really make your body feel lighter.

Left Arm: from 10' 0'' to 9' 9''

As you can notice, there is minimal effect with the size of my arms, But look on a bright side, i got this arm session for 10 only. Normally, Arm care should last for 20 sessions plus I don't really exert effort to exercise and eat right because i really want to see how effective will be the session. Though, there is relatively small change in size, I am very much happy on how firm my arms become. (Refer to the pictures below)

REVIEW: Tokyo Love Soap Pure Girls

* They have similar depth of soap printing. The only difference that I have notice is that TLS from TokyoLoveShop.com has a longer plastic cover.

OBSERVATION:

Price: It is sent to me for product review. Its cost is  P 514.72

($11.75) according to TLS website (anyway they are currently on SALE!). TokyoLoveShop offers more affordable TLS than ShadzOnlineShop but I think ShadzOnlineShop offers more affordable shipping feee for Filipino buyers.

Availability: Unfortunately, this soap is not yet available in the local markets and malls but you can always purchase it online at Tokyo Love Shop!

Fragrance: Both of them have super lovely-fragrance. I really love the smell of these soaps however I notice that when I used TLS from Tokyo Love Shop, our bathroom smells really good.

Efficiency: Whitening effect after first wash was not very noticeable. But for almost four months of using TLS I noticed that some dark areas like knees and elbows are already whiter.

Others: Like what other blogger noticed TLS with a girl logo easily melts compared with TLS without the girl logo.

For me, both products are effective. I think they were all authentic though they have some difference with the packaging. Maybe it is because of overseas thing.

Slimmer arms at Yakson House

Hello dear, as I promise, I am going to give you a clear pictures of what I have experience at Yakson House. So here it is:

4th session and 5th session

For the fourth and fifth session, it was almost similar to my first session (click here). They gave me a back massage followed by arm bone therapy and arm massage then followed by the slimming machine. The only difference is that they didn’t use ‘kalsa’ anymore. Instead they have extended the minutes of slimming machine from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. For the fourth session I still got small bruise however it is not noticeable like my first one. While on my fifth session, I got no bruise anymore. I think my body finally copes with the arm massage.

6th session

I had the rib and stomach care. These take care of the balance of my front bodyline. This is not my favorite part of the massage because it is kind a painful BUT I know that these massage help me maintain a flat tummy. Don’t worry the pain was indeed tolerable for the sake having a good body figure. After the rib and stomach care, they proceed to arm bone therapy which was relaxing because it gives me a slight arm stretching. Next was the arm massage (still without ‘kalsa’). But instead of the slimming machine, they gave me an arm pack again.

7th session

Rib and stomach care was more tolerable than my first time. I think my body had adjusted already with the pain. The procedure was like my 6th session however instead of arm pack, they gave me 30 minutes slimming machine massage.

Tips on how to minimize hairfall naturally

Good vibes to you my beautiful readers! Today, I am going to share some tips on how you minimize hair-fall.
These past few months, I have been experiencing hair-fall. And since then, I became so desperate to look for solution on  this matter. There are a lot of anti-hairfall products offered in the market and I have to admit that I am always tempted to buy those things. But considering that I am still a student, I have no budget to buy really expensive (and so-called "effective") shampoos. That is why I decided to try for affordable alternatives.

Anyway, before anything else, I want to clarify that, I am not an expert, everything that you will read below are solely based on what I read and experienced.

First things first, let us know what are the possible reasons why we have falling hair:

• Tension
• Too much work
• Illness 
• Poor diet 
• Over-exposure to the sun
• Perming
• Amateur bleaching
• Too frequent and inexpert use of tints, rinses or other colorants

As for me, I know that I am too stressed in reviewing. My course demands a lot of time and effort and the pressures and tensions are always there. I also have a very poor diet, most of the time I eat on fast food chains not because I don't know how to cook but because I have no time to cook. Time really matters nowadays. With a fast-pacing world, I really have to make everything fast and instant as possible or else everything will not be done on time. How about yours?

So here are the things that I have done to minimize hair fall:

1. Use a wide tooth comb. I prefer to use something like wooden-comb because from what I read, wooden comb has a lesser friction to hair. Friction makes the hair weak and break easily.

2. Try to have a short hair. This will help you minimize the tangles which will eventually help you minimize the hairfall. (this was suggested by Mr. Philip of David's Cut Salon)

3. Use Baking Soda as your clarifying shampoo. Replace your shampoo with a handful of baking soda. Baking soda is used in a wide variety of ways, and is reputed to work as a natural dandruff remover. Instead of shampooing, rub a heaping tablespoon of baking soda into your wet hair and scalp. Wash thoroughly after one minute. Dandruff is caused when your scalp sheds dead skin cells which can lead to hairfall.

4. Use Castor Oil. I really recommend this to you. I have been using this twice a week. It really works wonder. Although I have experience an itchy scalp while using this (just make sure not to scratch your scalp), I believe that I was itchy because some smaller (new born hair) hair are growing. Note: I also use this as eyelashes serum. :)

5. Lastly, if possible do not use elastic bands to tie your hair. instead use clips or hair band.

And that's all. Sleeping 8 hours daily, exercising, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is all up to you. This are steps known to you not only to prevent hairfall but also have a healthy body. But the 5 steps I have shared to you is something I did and was effective to me. Just remember : PATIENCE is a VIRTUE.

Pretty Arms at Yakson House

Hello, I’m back it been a long time. It’s almost end of August and I haven’t have any blog any reviews yet. I’ve been very busy for weeks now because of our prelims. I am so sorry but don’t worry. I’ll make up to you guys. How about a giveaway? Sounds great huh? J

Anyway here is the part two of my massage session. (For my part one, please click Here). My bruises are gone now. I actually attended my brother’s birthday last July 28. I wore a sleeveless dress. And no one notice it. Thank you for the two sessions that Yakson House offered me it helps my bruise disappear easily.

Here is what they did:

2^nd and 3^rd session

As usual they started the massage with back massage (my favorite part). Like what I have experience before, their back massage was superb. 

It was followed by a bone therapy. The feeling is okay, it is actually compose of mostly stretching. That is what makes it relaxing.  Next was the arm massage. It is not that painful. My so-called platito was not used anymore (but it was only temporary). Anyway, It was called ‘kalsa’.

After the massage, they gave me an arm mask for 20mins to cool down the bruises.  The mask feels hot and hard after 20mins. My arms feel much better after everything has finished.

All in all, I have a great time for these two sessions. They are people who really care. J

My First session of Arm Care at Yakson house

You want to wear sleeveless but you have thick arms? I'm telling you that you are not alone. I, myself have thick arms too. I believe that it was hereditary since my mom has also have the same problem. I have done arm exercises which are NOT intense because I am afraid to develop muscles instead of minimizing the size my forearms. The good thing is that Yakson House offered me to try another service. And of course I chose, the ARM CARE.

My experience:

The session starts with a bone therapy with Ms. Kim. While doing the bone therapy, she explains to me the succeeding procedures. Next was the Back Care, as I told you many times before, their back care was superb (this was actually my favorite). It was followed by arm massage, the arm massage was not really painful although at some points it is, however, after arm massage (using hands) they used a special massage tool which looks like a little plate (platito) this makes the massage really painful. the final step was the slimming machine, it is a machine that they use in order slim down the fats underneath the forearms. The feeling was a little bit like electrocuted. But don't worry, it is tolerable. After the first session, my arms feel a little bit lighter. i don't know if it is because of the slimming machine or if it is all in the mind :)

Anyway, before having this session, I measure my forearms it is almost 11 inches. (OMG :( it is not proportionate with my small body with 32-24-34 stats). I'm looking forward for a great result.

By the way, when I got home I noticed these bruises:

I think it is because of the 'platito' (that is what I called it ) which was the most painful of all the procedures. I immediately contacted Yakson House and ask if it is normal. Both of my arms have bruises. They say it is normal and if it hurts I can put any menthol oil. Actually, these bruises didn't hurt me that much as long as nobody or nothing touches them, what bothers me is that they are too noticeable. Good thing that my class was suspended today. (I just pray that bagyong Glenda will not be that strong and all my fellow countrymen will be safe.) Anyway, I also did a research on how to minimize bruises. (Click Here)

So here is my experience with these beauty products.

Product Claims:

Uguisu Poo Uguisu No Fun Clarifying Mask is formulated for oily skin suffering from acne with symptoms of papular or pustular lesions (pimples with and without pus) and extensive open and close comedones formation (blackheads and whiteheads). This bird poop facial for acne and blemish prone skin contains a formulation of 0.6 pH Alpha Hydroxy Acid Powder combined with 2.5 pH Beta Hydroxy Acid Powder buffered by the amino acid L-Serine produces the best comedone dissolving action that get rid of whiteheads and blackheads permanently in just 3-5 sessions while at the same time treats acne and prevents them from coming back. Guanine and Proteolytic Enzymes ensures that the skin glows bright and blemishes are erased in a zap!

Directions

Packaging: For Uguisu Poo No Fun Mask, the packaging was simple and very handy. You can bring it anywhere.

For Uguisu Poo Soap, it is packed in a paper-like packaging. 

Fragrance: For the mask, It has no smell at all.  For the soap, it smell like a little similar with TLS.

Efficiency: As you can notice on the pictures above, the whitening effect is much noticeable than TLS. 

As to pimple case, I still have some pimples BUT they are just always smaller.  (Maybe the reason was because my school was located in Manila and the pollution was terrible + sleepless night because of SCHOOL). 

I believe that these product helped me prevent severe acne. You can also notice on the Before and After picture, my fine lines on my forehead was visibly reduced! Anyway I used the soap daily once a day.I tried to cut this soap in a half just like what I did with my TLS but it was really hard to break.  However, what I love about the soap is that, it does not melt easily. I still almost have a half of it considering I have already used it for a month now. While the mask, I have used it 4x only. Yes, 4x only. I am kinda lazy because I don't really like mixing, I find it messy. I wished they can have a mask in a liquid form already! 

Final thought: These products might sound REALLY expensive! (especially for students like me) but I think I will be a great investment because you can use both product for 2 months depending on how you use them. :) 

Note:I will be using these for another month and see if my pimples will finally vanished I will try to use the mask atleast 3x a week. I will just give you an update.

 (If you are wondering what happened to my TLS, I have stopped using TLS for a month to give way these products  but after I finished using these I will start using TLS again)

Beautiful Ending at Yakson House! (Part 4)

Hello beautiful readers! My 10 session of bridal skin care program is already ended. And I know that you want to know the final result  as much as  I want to share this experience to you. But before that let us have a recap of what happened :

• My Yakson House Experience Part 3-  I gave you a peek on what is happening during the massage session from my 5^{th to} 7^th  sessions.

Today I will wrap up everything I have experience but before anything else let us meet the people behind Yakson House Philippine Branch.

MY EXPERIENCE:

8th session

 For  8th session I don't have anything new to share. I still feel a moderate pain on my tummy massage but as I told you it is tolerable. The facial massage and bone therapy is now harder than before maybe because it is already the 8th session. Nevertheless, this session is most likely the same with my 6th and 7th session.

9th session

It was the same with my 8th session, a little bit painful but tolerable. the only difference was they gave me a short leg stretching while waiting for the mask to be absorbed by my skin.

And finally...

10th session

My 10th session starts with picture taking just like what happened on my first session. This session was probably the most painful one but still bearable.

IN MY OBSERVATIONS (with other people's observation):

Since Face Reduction (FR)  is not really the program I'm into but I got almost two of the service which I already explain here. Let us see my observations (not in order):

1.) Well-define features- you can see my before and after picture below and as you can notice my eyes are well-define now than before.

Additional:  As you can notice on the photo above. I have a double chin even though I am not fat at all.

And my double chin was not visible here anymore. The massage lessen the appearance of double chin through lifting.

2.) Small Face; Oval shaped face;Ball shaped head-  was not really that applicable to me because I already have small face as you can notice.

3.) Hair loss prevention- according to what I read, massaging the scalp can really help lessen the hair loss and there is no doubt that it can prevent hair loss. I can't really tell the efficiency of  this because I also use castor oil for my hair but one thing I assure you is that it helped me minimize the hair fall.

4.) Moisturizing and Lifting- as you can see on the photo above, my face looks slimmer on 7/7/2014 (it was taken on my 10th session.) As I told you, i already have a small face but the problem is that my skin looks stressed and sagging. But after 10 sessions, Lifting can be visibly notice thus, makes my face look slimmer.

5.) Beautiful face Line- - you can already notice a V-line shape on my face. This is because of the lifting.

6.) Photogenic face-  I believe that being photogenic depends on the camera, good lighting and beautiful angle. But pictures with well-defined features and without visible double chin are much better in pictures right? so for me it is a checked :)

To wrap up everything:

People:

* No doubt that they are professionals. 

They are well-trained and they give me extra advice.

*And even though I got this services free, they still treat me as 

their regular customer with free consultations.

Place: 

*The place was easy to find and accessible since I currently live in Makati.

*Though the place was small, it is clean and the wall paint makes an ambiance for a good mood.

Price:

Firstly, if you find their service prices expensive, think again. They are not ordinary massage spa, they offer a 'Beauty Massage'  that can be compare to aesthetic clinics. If you are going to compare their prices with other clinics, Yakson House' prices are very reasonable. And although, aesthetics clinic gives you results in a day or in week I don't think they are that safest way. Have you watched the Retokadang Ina at GMA? If not, watch it. I don't generalize doctors but I must say NOT ALL doctors are really reliable (just like what happened to the story of Michelle Villamor), some of them just wants to have income. And to compare them to Yakson House, well, YH offers the safest way to beautiful body and face through 'bone therapy'. And the fact that you can feel relax while being beautiful. I don't think "when" is not the issue anymore but the "effects" are much more important.

EFFICIENCY:

For me it is very much effective. You can compare my pictures before and after and you can notice everything that I say are true. :) I am very satisfied although I am sad because the program has ended.

And that ends my Special Bridal Care. Anyway I received an email from Yakson House Korea and they offer me to try another services. To give you a hint what I chose, here is a picture:

REVIEW: Tony Moly Party Lover Eyebrow Cake

Hi welcome to my blog again. Today, I am going to give a very short review about Tony Moly Party Lover Eyebrow Cake. But before that, I want you to know that I will be very busy because my comprehensive review has already started. ( Please bear with me! This is for my future). As you can notice, I am blogging a little less for a month already. However, I assure you that I will still continue to blog if ever I will have a free time. Anyway, I have still a lot of products to try on  in which I will be very much happy to share my experiences with you.

NOTE: for this review, please bear in mind that I am NO MAKEUP EXPERT! 

Having a neat brows are really a must because our brows give frames to our face. If you are wondering what are good products to try on especially if you are a beginner in make-up, many blogs will tell you to use eyebrow pencils  BUT according to my own experience, I found eyebrow pencils difficult to use especially if you are poor in blending. More often, if you are a beginner, you will end up with sharp edges when you use pencil. Anyway, i do recommend you to try brow powder.

Price: Php 448, I bought it at Tony Moly Manila. Don't worry it is actually a pretty makeup investment since you can use it a long time.

Lasting Power: up to 4-6 hours depending on weather situations.

Packaging: black packaging is nice since it is in powder form. it will lessen the appearance of stains.

Final thought: What i love about it is that it is easy to remove on skin by water but it is a little bit hard to remove on eyebrows meaning it could be waterproof as long as you don't smudge it.

I recommend this for beginners like me who wants a natural eyebrow look.  Just make sure not to overdo it. I am sure that you don't want to be like Betty la Fea.
